SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If not completely satisfied, you may return items for a full refund. Items are to be returned within 10 business days from delivery. If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, deliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. All items must be returned in the exact same condition as received. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
