Full Spectrum Sea Moss (Muti-colored)

• Place the dried sea moss in a bowl of spring or alkaline water and gently massage it to remove any visible dirt and debris. Once done, drain the water and repeat the process. (Never Use Tap Water)

• Soak Full Spectrum Sea Moss in alkaline or spring water for 12-24 hours (at room temperature) in a large bowl, ensuring all parts of the moss are submerged. (Do not use tap water.)

• Combine the sea moss with a cup of water in your blender and add additional water if needed (max 2 cups).

• Blend the Sea Moss for 1-3 minutes until it reaches a smooth consistency. Place it in a sealed container or mason jar and store it in the refrigerator. The Sea Moss gel will thicken within 2 hours.

• Store Full Spectrum Sea Moss in the refrigerator for up to a month or in the freezer for as long as three months.

• Consume 1-2 tablespoons of this product daily, mixing it with smoothies, tea, coffee, soups, jams, and other recipes.
